In this half-day course, we tackle the challenge of optimizing your application process with ChatGPT. Initially, we provide a basic introduction where you’ll learn about ChatGPT’s capabilities, including both its strengths and weaknesses. With a hands-on demonstration, we’ll show how one can collaborate with the tool to craft sharper and more efficient applications.
We will address real application examples in an interactive session where participants have the chance to directly influence the course content by suggesting specific calls for applications to analyze. For those attending with colleagues from the same organization, there’s an opportunity to specifically work on a planned application. The course concludes with a session where we share our best tips and tricks to truly maximize your utilization of ChatGPT in your application process.
With this course as a foundation, you’ll feel well-prepared to effectively integrate ChatGPT into your daily tasks and enhance the quality of your project applications.
The training is aimed at individuals who develop and lead projects on both a small and large scale, where writing project applications to funders is a central part of the job. The core focus of the course is to effectively utilize ChatGPT in this application writing. This is not a general training in project development, but a specialized course dedicated to maximizing the quality of project applications with the help of artificial intelligence.

- Course Day: Tuesday, October 17
- Time: 10:00 – 15:30 (Central European Time (CET)) with a lunch break from 12-13. Stretch breaks both before and after lunch.
- The course is held digitally via Zoom.
Anders has been involved in writing project applications, both large and small, for a very large number of funders since 2001. In total, he has helped to release at least ten million Euro in project funds for various organizations. Anders also works on evaluating projects and has coached and trained about 50 organizations in project design.
- The course will be conducted online via Zoom. You need to participate via a computer (not mobile/tablet) and have access to a browser during the course. Therefore, it’s recommended to participate using an external screen. It is your responsibility to ensure that your internet connection is sufficient to participate.
- The course is conducted using a facilitative approach. This means it is interactive, and participants are expected to be active in discussions and digital group work, contributing to everyone’s shared learning.
- ChatGPT is available in two versions. A free version and a paid version (20 USD/month). All participants are expected to have registered an account on ChatGPT before the course. (Done here). It’s fine to participate and benefit from the course using only the free version, but the paid version is more powerful and has expanded functionality. Some of the things taught will require the paid version.
- At least 80 % of this invitation was written and HTML-coded by ChatGPT.
The cost of the training is 120 Euro. Payment is done in advance by card. Organizations may request for invoice and pay through bank transfer. Indicate in your registration how you wish to pay. If many from the same organization/company are registering, please let us know if you would like a consolidated invoice.
Registration is done by filling out the form below. Number of places to the course is limited and the principle is that those who register first get to attend the course. Registration is binding, but if you register and cannot attend, you can transfer your place to someone else at no cost.
